This is an urgent opportunity for a professional couple with strong lodge management experience and a guest-focused approach to lead the daily operations of a prestigious hospitality establishment.

Both candidates should be experienced allrounders with in-depth knowledge of Front of House, Food & Beverage, maintenance, finance, operations and HR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ Lodge Management experience OR 2-3 years’ General Management experience within a luxury establishment is essential.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational costs.
• Proven track record with contactable references.
• Comprehensive knowledge of lodge operations and professional hosting skills.
• Respect for local cultures and ability to work with local teams.

Hospitality and Outdoor is recruiting an experienced General Management Couple for a luxury lodge in the Hoedspruit Region. This is an urgent opportunity for a professional couple with strong lodge management experience and a guest-focused approach to lead the daily operations of a prestigious hospitality establishment. Both candidates should be experienced allrounders with in-depth knowledge of Front of House, Food & Beverage, maintenance, finance, operations and HR. The successful couple will demonstrate exceptional leadership, professionalism, cultural respect and the ability to work effectively with local staff. Strong financial understanding, hosting ability and excellent people skills are essential. This General Management position requires individuals who are adaptable, accurate under pressure and comfortable working within a 24-hour lodge environment.

Job Requirements – Lodge Management & Leadership

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality is beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years’ Lodge Management experience OR 2-3 years’ General Management experience within a luxury establishment is essential.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational costs.
• Proven track record with contactable references.

Package – General Management Couple

• R70,000-80,000 per month, depending on experience.
