Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with manual and/or automatic gearbox repairs (advantage).
• Experience in a workshop environment is essential.
• Valid driver’s license (advantage).
• Basic understanding of manual and automatic gearbox systems.
• Understanding of diagnostic processes and fault finding reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, bookings, and communication.
• Assist customers with gearbox repairs and services.
• Compile accurate quotations for repairs and parts.
• Liaise with technicians to confirm required repairs.
• Handle warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure customer satisfaction.
