Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and job allocation.
• Provide expert guidance on automatic transmission diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and workshop staff.
• Perform final checks on completed jobs before delivery.
• Liaise with service advisors and customers regarding job progress and technical queries.
