Super Group is hiring an IT Support Technician to provide professional technical support across the organization. You will own desktop support, software loading, and incident triage, with hands-on duties on Windows, Mac, and networked devices.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting via Teams, Chat, or Jira, maintaining Office 365 and Exchange, and monitoring infrastructure with Grafana, Kibana, and Nagios. A+ and AZ-900 are preferred, with 2–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• IT Qualification in A+ and AZ-900.
• 2-3 years’ experience providing corporate end user desktop support.
• 2-3 years’ experience supporting Windows workstations and laptops (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• 2-3 years’ experience administering Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group management.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to work shifts.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot user workstations and laptops on company infrastructure.
• Ensure correct software is loaded onto user machines; familiarity with Intune processes.
• Provide Front Line Desktop Support via chat or Jira Service Management.
• Troubleshoot via Teams and remote desktop tools.
• Monitor infrastructure and escalate alerts (Grafana, Kibana, Nagios).
• Manage Office 365 and Exchange on-prem/Exchange Online.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory user/group management.
• Support corporate and call centre applications, troubleshoot and escalate issues.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 and Mac; diagnose and replace hardware.
