Job summary

• Experience in financial services, banking, FX or related operational role.
• Strong understanding of international payments and financial markets.
• Knowledge of FICA, AML, KYC and exchange control requirements.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FX markets and prepare daily market updates.
• Support FX trade execution, capture and settlements.
• Process international payments and liaise with banking partners.
• Assist clients with FX, banking and transaction queries.
• Perform KYC verification and support regulatory compliance.
• Process foreign currency transactions and cash reconciliations.
• Assist with financial administration, invoicing and debtor follow-ups.
• Provide operational support for card services and financial systems.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and process improvements.
