Job summary

Vine Recruitment in Paarl, South Africa, is seeking an operations-focused FX and payments specialist to monitor markets, support trade execution and settlements, and process international payments for clients. You will liaise with banks, perform reconciliations, and help optimize processes using Excel and trading systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreign exchange markets and prepare daily market updates.
• Support foreign exchange trade execution, trade capture and settlements.
• Process international payments and liaise with banking partners.
• Assist clients with foreign exchange, banking and transaction-related queries.
• Perform KYC verification and support FICA, AML and regulatory compliance.
• Process foreign currency transactions and complete cash reconciliations.
• Assist with financial administration, invoicing and debtor follow-ups.
• Provide operational support for card services and financial systems.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and process improvements.
