Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diverse fundraising strategies, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, and grant applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related sales/marketing role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving fundraising targets and growing donor portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of donor cultivation and stewardship best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in fundraising CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
