Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with emphasis on major gifts/corporate relations.
• Proven track record of achieving fundraising goals and managing donor portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive appeals for support.
• Proficiency in CRM databases (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and fundraising software.
• Proven leadership and team management with collaborative, results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree; CFRE certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFRE certification is a plus.
