About the Role

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in fundraising, with a demonstrated history of success in securing significant donations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies.
• Exceptional skills in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Strong grant writing and proposal development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in fundraising CRM software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
• Experience in planning and managing fundraising events.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively.
