Job summary

JTC Group is seeking an Administrator in Transfer Agency – Investor Services to maintain shareholder registers and support investor dealing activities. You will respond to queries, process transactions, and ensure compliance with AML, KYC and SLA requirements while helping on-boarding and ongoing fund activity events.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in funds operations, strong planning and Excel skills, and an IOC qualification or progress toward it.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage multiple fund operations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Solid verbal and numerical reasoning for client and data queries.
• Proficiency with Excel and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to investor/client queries via telephone, post, fax or email with exceptional service.
• Capture, execute, and settle subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, conversions and switches accurately and on time.
• Ensure accurate input and monitoring of all client dealing instructions per procedures.
• On-board new funds and fund activity events such as launches, closures and mergers.
• Record investor tax classifications and ensure AML/KYC/CDD compliance for new accounts.
