Job summary

TMF Group is seeking an Administrator to service existing client funds with a strong grasp of fund structures, investments, and investor details. You will collaborate with the Fund Manager and Associate Director, acting as the technical expert for assigned client funds.

You will support payments, board packs, minutes, and regulatory filings, while maintaining accurate registers and drafting key documents. This role offers growth through TMF Business Academy and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree (or final stage) in a relevant professional field.
• 1+ year experience as an administrator in fund structures preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and delegate while owning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, topsheets, and related documentation.
• Support board meeting workflows and minutes.
• Maintain registers, trackers, and dashboard reporting.
• Draft core legal documents (loan/subscription agreements, share certificates).
• Handle KYC/CDD requests and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare regulatory filings (subject to review).
• Assist with investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and uploads.
