Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a proactive Intermediate Recruiter to support talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple positions.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, create accurate job descriptions, and source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other KPIs.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and liaise with HR for a smooth transition.
