Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
• Ability to partner with clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking and headhunting.
• Experience conducting interviews, assessments, references and background checks.
• Experience coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Strong candidate relationship building and CRM management.
• Maintaining CRM records and ensuring compliance with labour legislation and POPIA.
