Responsibilities include ensuring NRCS certificates, permits, and vessel licenses are valid, managing file packs, drafting contracts, and coordinating with shipping lines and forwarders.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required; a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade is highly advantageous.
• Proven administrative track record in frozen and dry goods exports, international trade compliance, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Export Compliance & Regulatory Approvals: Verify NRCS certificates, vessel licenses, export permits, and 3rd-party rights on permits.
• Open physical, Pastel, and server file packs; issue production instructions and maintain stock tallies.
• Draft sales contracts and manage forex files; obtain schedule dates and freight quotes; confirm NRCS approval.
• Submit shipping docs via DHL and review Bills of Lading for Incoterms and notify parties.
