Job summary

FNB is seeking a Community Advisor in Gauteng to deliver prompt, professional service and understand customer needs. You will drive a superior customer experience while guiding clients toward Self-Service and digital options.

The role supports sales and service delivery targets, with a focus on cross-selling, accurate reporting, and adherence to governance. This is a 12-month hourly-rate contract based at a FNB POP location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th grade or equivalent
• NQF5 preferred in Banking, Business Admin or related FAIS fields
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles or financial services

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally to understand and fulfil their needs
• Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned to service standards
• Identify and maximise cross-sell opportunities to grow the portfolio
• Support customers in using Self-Service and digital channels
• Maintain accurate administration, reporting and timely updates
