Job summary

FirstRand Bank India, through its FNB POP network, is seeking a Community Advisor for a 12-month hourly-rate contract to deliver prompt, customer-centric service and drive outcomes at the branch level.

You will help guide customers toward digital and self-service options, manage sales and service activities, and maintain accuracy in reporting while supporting the branch’s growth and governance standards.
