Job summary

LekkeSlaap, South Africa's leading accommodation booking app, is seeking a Receptionist to be the first face visitors see at our V&A Waterfront office in Cape Town. You’ll manage front-office duties, welcome guests, coordinate meetings and support office operations with discretion and customer-focus.

You’ll join a collaborative team and report to the Workplace Experience Lead, playing a key role in creating a professional, organised and welcoming environment for employees, clients and suppliers

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front-office and administration experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, discreet and service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage check-in/out.
• Coordinate meetings and front-desk inquiries.
• Ensure office supplies and facilities run smoothly.
• Support events and day-to-day admin tasks.
