Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Front Office Manager to drive strategic initiatives for the Front Office Department, aligning growth with culture and service standards. You will be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring a proactive, analytical approach to guest experiences and team empowerment.

Responsibilities include budget management, stakeholder engagement, and establishing guest engagement programs, while upholding compliance with policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• A Hospitality Qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
• 3–5 years experience in a Service Manager/Leader role in a similar operation.
• Must display absolute passion for guest service.
• Possess and outstanding aptitude for Front Office.
• Must be able to work shifts.
• Full knowledge and experience of at least 3 years in the same or similar position within hospitality.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Yes! I Can! Attitude.
• Impeccable attendance and no disciplinary record.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the smooth running of the front office department, delivering guest journey and experience to the highest level.
• Working proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Develops and implements strategies for front office metrics, with reports and tracking tools maintained.
• Manages the department team lifecycle, fostering growth, development and alignment with company culture.
