Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking an energetic events and reservations coordinator to join our Pretoria-based hospitality team. You will manage front‑of‑house bookings, boardroom reservations, and large events, ensuring superb guest experience from first contact to completion.

You will build relationships with corporate and community clients, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, handle enquiries, and drive repeat bookings while maintaining accurate diaries and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events or customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Some sales, business development or commercial experience.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
