The Stellenbosch Hotel seeks a Front Office Service Ambassador to manage front desk operations, guest check-ins/outs, and reservations, while supporting the switchboard and guest needs. Maintain presentation and ensure adherence to petty cash procedures.

The role requires Matric, a hospitality qualification (advantageous), and 2 years of front desk experience in hospitality. MS Office and Opera Cloud proficiency is expected; shifts vary.

Qualifications
