The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, efficient administration, and strong communication to coordinate with other departments and guest services while maintaining guest privacy.

Qualificações

• Experience in front desk/reception in hospitality
• Strong communication and guest service orientation
• Ability to balance guest satisfaction with operational accuracy
• Proficiency with Opera PMS for reservations and billing
