KZN Heritage Lodge in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Receptionist for a permanent, live-in role. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional guest service and coordinating front desk operations with a hands-on hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates will have lodge/hotel front desk experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Excellent guest relations and front desk experience.
• Ability to multitask across departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations.
• Handle inquiries, bookings and requests professionally.

• Support Manager and other departments as needed.
• Coordinate reservations and assist with stock control where required.
