Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes and orders
• Assist customers with queries and account-related matters
• Provide guidance on formwork, scaffolding and access solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Liaise with the technical team regarding customer requirements
• Maintain accurate sales records and filing
• Ensure customers receive the correct products and service
• Experience in equipment rental, formwork, scaffolding, construction or a similar technical environment will be highly advantageous.
