Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric with technical subjects.
- Technical Drawing is essential.
- Technical Mathematics and Physical Science preferred.
- Experience in internal sales, counter sales or customer service.
- Computer literate with good Excel skills.
- Own vehicle and reliable transport.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Presentable, energetic and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotes and orders
- Assist customers with queries and account-related matters
- Provide guidance on formwork, scaffolding and access solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with the technical team regarding customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records and filing
- Ensure customers receive the correct products and service
- Experience in equipment rental, formwork, scaffolding, construction or a similar technical environment will be highly advantageous.
