Job summary

The Business Directory South Africa is seeking a dynamic Freelance Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive client acquisition. This commission-based role offers success fees and the potential for partnership and equity ownership in the company.

• Own car, laptop, and internet access (work allowances provided).
• Based in Gauteng (Tshwane, Johannesburg, or Ekurhuleni Metro areas).
• Matric required; Diploma/Degree advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, professional social media use).

Responsibilities

• Develop markets in Consulting, Financial Services, Real Estate, M&A, Business Strategy, and Executive Advisory
• Create new products and solutions tailored to client needs
• Supervise a team of administrators and sales agents to execute weekly sales plans
• Work closely with the Board and COO to measure results and refine strategy
