Job summary

Pillangó Placements is seeking a hands-on Growth/Operations Project Manager based in Centurion to lead a national rollout across up to 300 restaurant sites. You’ll coordinate production, supply chain, equipment, training, quality and client operations to ensure locations are prepped and launched.

The role emphasizes strong planning, multi-site coordination, and travel to client sites, with success measured by rollout timelines, onboarding speed, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' project management or operations experience.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant, retail or distribution environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating logistics, equipment installations and training across multiple locations.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to client sites.
