This hands-on leadership role requires proven FMCG/retail experience, strong financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management. Travel to sites will be regular to ensure standards and performance.

A leading group in the fuel, retail, and food industry is looking for an experienced Senior National Retail Operations Manager to manage multiple sites, including filling stations, franchised fast-food restaurants, and supermarkets.

You will lead operations across several sites, build strong relationships with franchisees, and help shape a 5-year growth strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage day-to-day operations while also driving long-term business goals.

• Manage daily operations across fuel, retail, and food outlets

What You'll Need
