Job summary

COREcruitment in Pretoria is seeking a National Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced QSR group across multiple sites. You will drive the national operational strategy, oversee performance, ensure safety and efficiency, and travel regionally as needed.

The role requires 5–8 years in multi-site QSR operations, strong financial and OHS knowledge, and experience with back-office systems (Oracle/Micros). A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of multi-unit, multi-site operational management experience in QSR or restaurants.
• Strong financial acumen with cost control, budget interpretation, and analysing store financials.
• Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards and food safety regulations.
• Experience with back-office systems (Oracle or Micros) is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle; willing to travel regionally within SA.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced National Operations Manager to join a fast-paced and growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) group, based in Pretoria.

Successful candidates will have a strong track record in multi-site QSR operationswith exceptional planning, monitoring & communication skills, together with a strong sense of urgency & a hands‑on, results‑driven approach – Driving consistency, efficiency & operational excellence across the group’s corporate‑owned stores.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent & further qualifications in Hospitality/Food and Beverage Management, Business Management, or any related field
• Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years of proven multi-unit, multi-site operational management experience within QSR or restaurants
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control, interpreting budget reports, analysing store financials, and optimizing labour costs.
• Compliance: Solid working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and food safety regulations.
• Systems: Oracle or Micros back‑office experience is highly beneficial.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Willingness to travel regionally within South Africa for short durations

Salary Package: R55000 Negotiable
