Job summary

Famous Brands is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the project management programme for new group outlets across Africa. You will coordination with New Business, OPS and Brand teams to ensure timely, on-budget store openings that meet our standards.

You will oversee project performance, drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and develop PDPs for project managers to ensure continuity across regions and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive project management knowledge across construction and outlets.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and franchisees.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Strong budgeting and cost control skills.
• Experience with safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project managers to ensure rollout status meetings deliver results.
• Improve project quality by applying standard PM processes and metrics.
• Manage suppliers and contractors, addressing issues and preventing recurrence.
• Oversee onboarding of suppliers to ensure correct selections for projects.
• Ensure handovers and openings are completed, compliant and ready for trade.
