Job summary

Parts Incorporated Africa in Cape Town is seeking a Franchise Manager to lead the Cape Town branch. The role focuses on maintaining and maximizing sales from existing clients, ensuring telesales staff perform at peak levels, and conducting regular product performance reviews.

You will also support suppliers with customer training evenings, identify new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and manage relationships within franchise structures to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience and a proven ability to lead a team.
• Strong communication, both written and spoken.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Good industry and product knowledge and analytical mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and plan promotions.
• Maintain and maximise sales from existing clients.
• Drive output from telesales staff and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular product performance reviews with members.
• Assist suppliers to coordinate customer training evenings.
• Identify new business opportunities with suppliers and members.
• Resolve supplier and member queries and manage relationships.
• Lead regular sales staff meetings and ensure adherence to policies.
• Return monthly turnover figures to Franchise Office and manage account queries.
• Support franchise growth and maintain franchise standards.
