Job summary

Stratlab Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria is seeking a commercially driven Head of Franchising to own growth strategy and revenue across an expanding partner network.

You will own the franchising portfolio, oversee sales pipeline from lead generation to signed agreements, and lead cross-functional efforts with marketing and operations to deliver measurable results. This role requires 5–8 years of senior leadership, deep franchising experience, and a hands-on approach to closing deals.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' senior sales and/or operations leadership experience.
• Strong experience in franchising, licensing, multi-site or multi-partner environments
• A proven track record of delivering challenging revenue and sales targets
• Experience leading sales teams and ideally operational teams
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• The confidence to personally get involved in selling and closing
• Experience working across sales, operations and marketing
• A natural ability to hold people accountable while getting the best out of them
• The resilience, pace and urgency to operate in a genuine growth environment

Responsibilities

• Franchise revenue and growth targets
• The full franchise sales pipeline, from lead generation through to signed agreements
• Franchise Sales and Operations, working closely with Marketing
• New territory and partner acquisition
• Partner onboarding, launch and ongoing performance
• Sales strategy, conversion and pipeline performance
• Commercial and operational KPIs
• Team performance, development and accountability
• Identifying new revenue opportunities within the network
• Building a scalable, high-performance franchising function
