Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Identify and attract high-quality prospective franchise partners through networking, referrals, campaigns, and business development.
Build and manage a strong franchise pipeline aligned with the Group’s expansion strategy.
Present and qualify franchise opportunities, assessing prospects’ financial, commercial, leadership and operational suitability.
Drive the conversion process from application and approval through negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
Manage growth and reporting by tracking pipeline activity, conversions and identifying new markets and expansion opportunities.
