Job description

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Franchise Development Manager to drive the acquisition and growth of high-quality franchise partners across its brands.

This is a business development and franchise acquisition role, focused on identifying and attracting prospective franchise partners, building a strong pipeline, and managing them through the full process from initial engagement and qualification to approval, contracting, and successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract high-quality prospective franchise partners through networking, referrals, campaigns, and business development
• Build and manage a strong franchise pipeline aligned with the Group’s expansion strategy
• Present and qualify franchise opportunities, assessing prospects’ financial, commercial, leadership and operational suitability
• Drive the conversion process from application and approval through negotiation, contracting, and onboarding
• Manage growth and reporting by tracking pipeline activity, conversions and identifying new markets and expansion opportunities
• Relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• 5-8 years' experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, Franchise Sales, Commercial Development, or a similar growth-focused role
• Proven track record of building a prospect pipeline and converting opportunities into commercial partnerships or investments
• Experience in franchising, retail, hospitality, property development, or another multi-site environment would be advantageous
• Willingness to travel nationally
