Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required; sales/marketing qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Ability to lead a team and manage telesales staff.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Professional and well-presented with strong industry knowledge.
• Analytical thinker with good numerical and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets.
• Plan promotional calendars and maximize sales from existing clients.
• Ensure maximum output from telesales staff.
• Conduct regular product performance reviews with members.
• Assist suppliers to coordinate customer training evenings.
• Identify new business opportunities with suppliers and members.
• Manage relationships through existing group structures; support franchise growth.
• Maintain franchise standards and corporate image.
