Lesley Snyman and associates CC seeks Foundation Phase teachers for a co-teaching model in a new Sandton school opening January 2027. You will share planning, delivery and assessment across Foundation Phase cohorts, guiding young learners in enquiry-based, play-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in Foundation Phase.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for child development.
• Experience with CAPS curriculum and enquiry-driven, experiential learning is desirable.

Duties:

• Co-teaching in Foundation Phase classes with shared planning, delivery, assessment, and pastoral care responsibilities
• Managing and facilitating learning within flexible Learning Hubs and Enquiry Studios
• Implementing enquiry-based, experiential, and play-based learning strategies to foster engagement
• Creating a collaborative classroom environment that promotes curiosity, questioning, and child-led exploration

Requirements:
