Qualifications

• Must have high school Matric (Grade 12).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Screening, interviewing, hiring and training restaurant staff.
• Managing restaurant staff work schedules.
• Regular hygiene and sanitation inspections in the kitchen.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation and storage for health compliance.
• Checking in with dining customers about quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and stock levels of food and essentials.
• Monitoring restaurant cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer feedback to improve service levels.
• Resolving customer complaints professionally.
