Responsibilities

• Support smooth operation of the F&B department and guest service to the highest standards.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Contribute to achieving departmental plans, targets and initiatives.
• Supervise the F&B team and foster growth and performance.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and departments.
• Assist in implementing service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements with proper documentation.

• Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
• Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Supports the delivery on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
• Supervises the food & beverage team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Supports the delivery of departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
