Qualifications

• Customer service background essential

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy goods
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reservations or walk-ins
• Take accurate orders and communicate dietary restrictions to the kitchen
• Serve drinks and meals, clear and sanitize tables, restock station
• Process bills using the POS system, handle cash or card payments, maintain safety and hygiene standards
