Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies and promotional plans for key retail channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand retailer needs and develop tailored in-store execution plans.
• Design and implement merchandising guidelines and planograms to optimize product placement and visibility.
• Manage the production and distribution of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and other in-store promotional assets.
• Monitor and analyze trade campaign performance, identifying key insights and recommending improvements.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for creative development and execution of trade marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess in-store execution, identify opportunities, and provide feedback.
• Support brand managers in translating brand strategies into effective trade marketing activities.
• Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal ROI for all initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in trade marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful in-store promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies.
• Strong understanding of retail environments, shopper behavior, and point-of-purchase dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
