Job summary

AVI Limited is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager based in Bryanston to drive revenue growth, pricing strategies, and margin management. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver profitable top-line growth and robust financial planning.

The successful candidate will build budgets, perform variance analyses, and develop dashboards using Excel/Power BI to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an accounting or financial base.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial revenue and trade management.
• Minimum of 5 years category or trade management experience in FMCG/retail, including pricing architecture and trade spend optimisation.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of measurable revenue or margin impact in a comparable industry or channel structure.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: manage overall revenue performance and analyse pricing/margin data to identify growth levers.
• Pricing and Margin: maintain price lists, execute surgical pricing and optimise trade spend.
• Financial Planning and Reporting: build budgets/forecasts, perform reconciliations and produce monthly reports (Cost of Business).
• Forecasting and Sales Support: review forecasts, ensure accurate promo activity forecasting, support sales with calculations and analyses.
• Promotional Management: provide decision support on promotional investments, ROI analyses and TPM system inputs; monitor forecast accuracy and rate differences.
• Customer and Trade Planning: model financial impact of customer strategies, prepare proposals and governance reviews, build customer-specific plans.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools will enhance effectiveness in this role.
