Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a motivated FMCG Sales Representative to cover the Tshwane / Pretoria area. You will drive sales in HMR/QSR environments, build strong customer relationships, and apply total solution selling techniques to grow market share.

The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 and a Sales or Marketing Diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and planning skills and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• 3–5 years in HMR or QSR sales environments.
• Sales or Marketing Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer relations and business acumen.
• Ability to analyze sales and financial information.
• Trade execution of business plans and territory management.
• Product knowledge and practical application of range.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and gross profit targets.
• Customer Business Planning and plan calls per territory.
• Identify opportunities and counteract opposition activities.
• Execute promotional activities and pricing surveys.
• Maintain customer records and manage debtors where necessary.
• Attend sales meetings and training courses.
