Job summary

Jvr Software is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand product visibility and sales across Pretoria’s retail channels. You will build strong relationships with store managers, merchandize products, and drive sales through proactive engagement.

The role requires excellent communication, a passion for sales, and a solid FMCG market understanding. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential for territory coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience in FMCG preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for territory travel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relation-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers in the assigned territory.
• Promote FMCG products and ensure optimal shelf visibility.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling and service.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to meet demand.
• Lead in-store promotional activities and ensure product placement.
