Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive growth in the Vereeniging, Gauteng region. This field-based role requires regular travel to engage retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality venues with our beverage portfolio and to achieve sales targets.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven attitude. A valid driver’s license and vehicle access are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in FMCG/beverage sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Vereeniging, Gauteng and surrounds.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers and hospitality venues.
• Promote and sell beverage products, ensuring visibility and placement.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client visits to assess needs and present products.
