Job summary

Bonafide Human Capital is recruiting for a Fleet Sales Consultant responsible for growing and maintaining fleet customer relationships in the Gauteng region. You will drive sales activity, promote the brand, and ensure high service standards to maximize profitability.

Requirements include Matric, a valid driver's license and at least two years in fleet sales or customer relations; tertiary qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Matric Grade 12 essential.
• Tertiary qualification desirable.
• Driver’s license.
• 2 years Fleet Sales and Customer Relations.

Responsibilities

• Grow, manage and retrain new and current customers to meet sales volumes.
• Monitor the implementation of sales activities to deliver on approved operational plans and to continuously enhance service delivery and increase profitability.
• Ensure the Brand and Dealership is actively marketed and promoted in the allocated, approved targeted market.
• Penetrate the vehicle market in a well organized, trained and professional manner.
• Identify new and maintain current customers, to maximize sales.
• Ensure benchmark customer satisfaction and standards of the Dealer and Manufacturer are maintained.
• Achieve and exceed targeted sales units and first gross profit.
