Job summary

ARCS in Johannesburg is seeking two experienced Fleet Sales Executives to join a multi-franchise dealership in Lenasia. You will develop new fleet and corporate business, build strong client relationships and manage the full sales process.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations and vehicle proposals, negotiating deals and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidates have proven sales results, excellent communication and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience developing new business and fleet accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

An exciting opportunity is available for two experienced Fleet Sales Executives to join a multi-franchise dealership in Lenasia.

The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new fleet and corporate business, building strong client relationships, managing the full sales process, preparing quotations and vehicle proposals, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
• Minimum 2 years’ fleet, corporate or automotive sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
• Experience developing new business and fleet accounts
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
