Qualifications

• At least 7 years in retail management; 3+ years in a Senior Store Manager role.
• Proven track record in achieving store targets and driving sales.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• Experience in visual merchandising and inventory management.

• Understanding of financial metrics and KPIs.
