Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail management with at least 2 years in senior role.
• Proven track record in driving sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations including inventory and merchandising.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Upington store.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock control to minimize shrinkage.
