Aufgaben

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations in Rustenburg.
• Support achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
• Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and training for high performance.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance.
• Assist with inventory management, stock receiving, stocktaking and stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Operate POS and other retail technologies accurately.
• Foster a positive, collaborative store culture.
• Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence.
