• Familiarity with APIs, scripting basics and database queries.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client queries with high attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
