Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join a fast-growing fintech team in Stellenbosch. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and work with product, data, and business stakeholders to improve processes around acquisition, credit, onboarding, and integrations.

You will gather requirements, create user stories and specs, analyze current processes, define business rules, and support testing in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product support, or functional consulting.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis and validation.
• Experience in Agile environments with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Create functional specs, user stories, process flows, and design docs.
• Analyze current processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Define and maintain business rules and system configurations.
• Collaborate between technical and business teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Support testing with test cases and requirements validation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Contribute to customer-focused and operationally efficient solutions.
